About Vista FM

Vista FM is a family-owned cleaning and facilities management company based in the Northeast of England.

Job Purpose

Working on behalf of Vista FM as part of the service delivery team to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleaning are delivered and maintained to meet our clients’ specification.

Job Role

• 15 hours over 5 days a week including weekends
• Monday to Saturday - 16:30-19:30
• Sunday - 15:30-18:30
• Cleaning tasks to include vacuuming, mopping, polishing, sanitising and general housekeeping tasks. Use of cleaning machinery such as scrubber driers will be also included and full training will be provided.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment provided by Vista FM & the Client.
• Following the required specification to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Following Health & Safety procedures.

Skills/Experience (Preferred but Not Essential)

• Cleaning experience.
• Capable of carrying out the physical aspects of the position.
• Good interpersonal skills providing a great service to the customer.
• Focusing on a ‘one Team’ approach assisting other service lines when required.
• Following through with any issues identified.
• Making sure personal appearance and uniform are as expected in line with your employee handbook.
