Here at Vista FM, we are pleased to announce two new contracts with Jesmond and Elmfield Nurseries. We are providing daily cleaning services at both nurseries in the Newcastle area. We deliver our services to continue with the nurseries high standard to ensure that the nursery is clean and ready for staff and children to arrive the next day and enjoy another day of fun and learning in their fabulous surroundings.

Vista FM were thrilled to be working with the Mandale Group again achieving the contract for post construction cleaning at the Grade II listed Ochre Yards development in Gateshead Quayside. The development will see the conversion of the severely dilapidated, yet somewhat beautiful former boiler shop into 44 apartments providing fantastic quayside views.

Vista FM were awarded a contract of kitchen deep cleaning within Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust. Over the 2 weeks our service delivery team completed a programme of 14 schools across the Northeast of England. All deep cleans were carried out with high power steam cleaners, heavy duty degreasers and food safe sanitisers. Supported by Clean Sweep Hire for the machine hire.

Here at Vista FM, we are proud to announce our new contract with Croft Park Lodges. We are providing our cleaning services at their beautiful lodges based near Hull. We deliver our services to continue with their very high standard to ensure their lodges are ready for guests to enjoy their stay and have the best experience possible.

We’re pleased to announce that VISTA FM has been awarded the contract to provide daily cleaning at the prestigious century old high street store in Northallerton. We oversee that a high level of cleanliness is sustained across all floors ensuring customers have the very best of experience whilst in the store. This is achieved through cleaning during the day, on an evening and deep cleaning the floors as necessary.

We're delighted to announce that Vista has been awarded the cleaning package on another Tesco refresh project. This project has a challenging time frame of 5 weeks to ensure we complete our comprehensive cleaning package. We are fully confident that our level of service will not be effected despite this. We are also delivering around the clock COVID cleaning, to ensure the site maintains a high level of hygiene and remains COVID-19 secure. Within our cleaning package on this project is a full facia clean to the building including a reach and wash clean to the glazed façade. Along with this we have a high level clean to complete to the sales floor, cleaning the duct work, cash tube and other ventilation pipe work.

We're delighted to be working with our client and main contractor KPS on their project in Dundee for Tesco. We will be providing COVID cleaning coverage day and night across the 12 weeks ensuring a safe working environment for all who work and visit site during the construction work. In addition to the COVID cleaning we have been allocated a comprehensive cleaning package to complete including a full high level clean to the store, power washing to the external canopy, gum busting to the block paving and reach and wash window cleaning to all external glazing. This is one of 5 Tesco projects we're currently completing in Scotland for KPS.

We are proud to announce we have achieved corporate membership status with BICSc. [British Institute of Cleaning Sciences] This achievement is one we have been aiming for since our first day of trading as we see this as a rubber stamp of approval on our hard work and determination to deliver a consistently excellent service. BICSc is a prestigious auditor and trainer of the cleaning industry and we are now able to tap into their mega bank of knowledge into the cleaning sciences and apply these across our range of services. We also plan to put all our operatives through the BICSc relevant training courses. During a worldwide pandemic there is no better peace of mind when choosing a new contractor than one who has gone through the relevant due diligence to become a BICSc corporate member.
