Vista FM is a family-owned cleaning and facilities management companies based in the Northeast of England.

Job Purpose

Working on behalf of Vista FM as a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our field team covering sites across the Durham area and some Gateshead areas for approximately 21 hours a week. To provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleaning are delivered and maintained to meet our clients’ specification.

Job Role

• To include general office cleaning and cabin cleaning.
• Most of the cleaning is to be done within office hours Monday to Friday though the ideal candidate would have the flexibility to cover some early morning cleans as well.

Monday - 3hrs

Tuesday - 4hrs
Wednesday - 5hrs
Thursday - 2hrs
Friday - 5hrs
Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 2hrs

• There will be opportunity for further hours and overtime for the right candidate.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment provided by Vista FM & the Client.
• Following the required specification to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Following Health & Safety procedures.

Skills/Experience (Preferred but Not Essential)

• Cleaning experience
• Capable of carrying out the physical aspects of the position.
• Good interpersonal skills providing a great service to the customer
• Focusing on a ‘one Team’ approach assisting other service lines when required
• Following through with any issues identified
• Making sure personal appearance and uniform are as expected in line with your employee handbook
